The Lord sent an angel to close the mouths of the lions that threatened Daniel, and He wants nothing more than to protect each one of us. He is constantly watching over us and looking to our eternal happiness. Like Daniel, we will face predicaments in life. The free choices we make have consequences, and the Lord wants us to have that freedom to choose between good and evil. But if we look to the Lord and trust in Him, He can protect us and lead us toward all that is good.
